Utilize choke points (they are all over this game, the devs made it a point to make tactical positioning an option in every single fight). Before the fight, put your ranger and mage on high ground somewhere, separate your rogue and your warrior with some meters between them so they don't get hit by the same fossil strike. This is the MOST IMPORTANT part of combat. Don't start combat all clumped together how the game put you by default. I feel like I can help 99% of these cases with a couple very simple rules:ฤก. Practically any party composition is wholly viable in this game, and you shouldn't be changing this composition when it is in fact the tactics that need to change. 'Go full physical,' 'Go full summon', 'Go lone wolf.' Every page has threads about 'i keep dying this is unfair too hard etc.' And besides 'git gud,' people offer up suggestions of party composition.
